I'm Lauren, I'm the creative craft-person behind the brand Lauren McCallum Ceramics. I'm based in Brighton in Sussex and I work out of a local community ceramics studio. My work is built using the Nerikomi and lamination processes of combining stains and a broad range of stoneware clay bodies to create intricate patterns for homewares and sculptiral vessels. I draw my inspiration for my patterns from the striations in the Sussex cliffs along the local coast line.
